1. Effective January 1, 2008, Florida residents must have a current Reptiles of Concern Permit to purchase the following reptiles of concern: burmese pythons, African rock pythons, amethystine pythons, reticulated pythons, green anacondas, or Nile monitors.
2. Buyer is responsible for all laws and/or regulations required for their State.
3. We guarantee live arrival to areas with a temperature of 50-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. C.B.- Captive Born- Guarantee, We offer live arrival guarantee with additional 5 day health guarantee as long as temperatures of arrival are between 50 - 90 degrees Fahrenheit and someone signs for the delivery. No signature, No Guarantee!
5. W.C.- Wild caught animals - we offer a live guarantee only (with temperatures between 50 - 90 degrees Fahrenheit).
6. Amphibians Guarantee - C.B. & W.C. - Due to the delicate nature of these we offer a live arrival guarantee only (with temperatures between 50 - 90 degrees Fahrenheit).
7. Any needed quarantine or veternarian treatments for w/c (wild caught) animals is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
8. All claims must be called in to us at (813) 966-7530 within (2) hours of receipt of d.o.a. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ship any d.o.a. species back.
9. Replacement of the d.o.a. or store credit will be issued once we determine the case. Once we receive the d.o.a. back, it is our decision of replacement or store credit. Buyer responsible for any replacement species shipping charges.
10. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason whatsoever.
11. State of Florida residents MUST have a current venomous license to purchase venomous.
12. Venomous will only be shipped air freight (DELTA). $20 box charge on all venomous shipments.
13. All Delta shipments must be picked up within two (2) hours of arrival for guarantee. It is the Buyer’s to examine the shipment at time of pick up.
14. Wholesale orders also available with a minimum purchase of $300 (Pet shops only).
15. We are not responsible for carrier negligence whatsoever.
16. We accept Pay Pal, Visa, and Money Order as payment.
